Dominic McDevitt-Parks is a Scottsdalean scholar of Chilean history and an all-around lexicobibliotechnohistoriographile. He is the author of such works as "19th-century Anglo-American representations of Formosan peoples" and "The araucanian and the construction of Chilean nationhood".
McDevitt-Parks serves as the Wikipedian in Residence for the United States National Archives. By night he fights crime and protects the downtrodden and the hyphenated.
